The Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI) hosted its Global Forum under the theme ‘Breaking Barriers in Sustainable Development Through Scientific, Inclusive, and Equitable Solutions.’ Held virtually, the event brought together university leaders, researchers, and sustainability experts from around the world to strengthen the role of academia in addressing global environmental challenges.

The forum highlighted the importance of scientific research, inclusive practices, and equity-driven strategies in accelerating progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
