The FamilyNext Pro is a front-loader cargo e-bike powered by Bosch’s Smart System Cargo Line Gen4 motor, delivering 85 Nm of torque and Class 1 pedal assist up to 20 mph across four power levels. It pairs a 545 Wh battery—yielding roughly 50 km of range per charge—with stepless Enviolo heavy-duty shifting and a low-maintenance Gates Carbon Belt Drive. An integrated Suntour suspension fork smooths out urban terrain, while the redesigned cargo box accommodates up to 275 lb of payload or four child passengers. Features such as repositioned foothold cutouts, EPP-foam-reinforced walls, and a one-handed three-point seatbelt system enhance comfort and safety, earning the FamilyNext Pro both the 2025 iF Design Award and the 2025 Red Dot Award for its balanced approach to form and function.

Engineered to replace the family’s second car for school runs and errands, the FamilyNext Pro supports a total maximum load of 550 lb—275 lb in the front cargo box and the remainder distributed elsewhere on the bike. Visibility and security are bolstered by LED strip lights integrated into the box corners, a 115-lumen headlight, Magura hydraulic disc brakes, and a double-leg kickstand for stable parking. An optional ConnectModule adds GPS tracking, motor-locking capability, and theft alerts, reflecting Urban Arrow’s focus on practical, eco-friendly mobility.
