2nd Nature is officially launching the AgWaste Portal which is designed to promote upcycled food processing solutions for leftovers. Using advanced machine learning algorithms, AgWaste Portal identifies and extracts functional compounds from leftover food, repurposing it into functional ingredients.

AgWaste can identify molecules from inedible parts of items like fruits, cereals, and vegetables, helping companies adopt sustainable practices and utilize overlooked byproducts like husks, pomace, and fermentation slurries. The novel platform is marketed as the first of its kind in the market, resonating with growing consumer interest in sustainable practices.
