The Fairfax is a compact home designed by the team at Dragon Tiny Homes with a focus on affordability and simplicity at the forefront. It measures just 16 feet in length and is great for a vacation away from home or as a guest house. The home is built on top of a double-axle trailer as the home is supported by a sturdy steel frame joined by cement board siding to add to but sturdiness.

When entering the home, guests are immediately greeted by the living room with a shiplap finish. The one-floor layout makes everything easy to access and maximizes the functionality in a clever way. Many of the components are easy to move around.
