The inaugural FreshDirect retail location has popped up in Southampton, New York as the brand’s expansion that promises to offer fresh, high-quality fare in an accessible way. The brick-and-mortar location opened its doors for Memorial Day weekend and will keep the shop open until the end of the year with hours that maximize accessibility. This includes being open seven days a week from 6am to 9pm when shoppers can peruse local produce, prepared foods, wine and beer in a rustically designed space that calls to mind the farmers market.

The FreshDirect retail location, formally called FreshDirect on Main, will also offer exclusive in-store experiences like wine and cheese tastings and ice cream socials. Shoppers in the Hamptons region will also be able to enjoy same-day delivery from the location with final details coming in the weeks ahead to coincide with the summer season.
