The Cartwright & Butler Dubai Style Truffles have been developed by the luxury British treat brand as its take on the viral Dubai chocolate trend that’s positioned as a must-try amongst consumers this summer. The truffles start off with a rich milk chocolate and are filled with a pistachio ganache, knafeh pastry for a touch of crunch and a final drizzle of yellow and green icing. The truffles are reported to feature 35.1% cocoa solids along with a 10% pistachio paste to achieve the right balance for consumers to enjoy.
