Lakewood Brewing Company is collaborating with local bakery Sweet Dol-ings for a unique one-day culinary event featuring beer-infused desserts. The pop-up experience will showcase specially crafted sweets that incorporate two of Lakewood Brewing Company’s signature brews — the newly introduced Temptress Blonde and the brand’s renowned Temptress Stout.

Sweet Dol-ings was founded by Nedjina Dol after her homemade dessert boxes gained unexpected popularity during the pandemic. The collaborative pop-up with the brewery will offer attendees the chance to sample the innovative beer-infused desserts while enjoying Lakewood’s full beer selection and savory pub fare — from pretzels with beer cheese to a limited-edition pickle-topped flatbread.
