The Emporium Selection Baked Lemon Ricotta dessert is made with whey, cow’s milk, sheep’s milk and lemon paste boasts a sweet and tangy taste, creamy texture, and a sense of indulgence that still feels light and wholesome—especially as an alternative to something a little richer like cheesecake. What’s more, in partnership with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, the Emporium Selection Baked Lemon Ricotta helps to raise money for child cancer research.
Alongside this citrusy baked ricotta product, Aldi debuted a decadent Chocolate Chip variety that similarly supports effortless entertaining in summer and beyond.
