Williams AV recently launched two significant advancements in assistive listening technology — the SoundPlus® T3 Infrared Transmitter and Auracast Infinium — which aim to improve audio accessibility for individuals with hearing impairments.

The SoundPlus® T3 is set to replace its predecessor, the T2 model. The upgraded innovation utilizes advanced LED technology to deliver clear audio coverage across expansive areas up to 32,000 square feet. This makes it suitable for diverse environments such as cinemas, courtrooms, and conference halls. The product is compact and boasts features like dual audio stream support, remote management, and optional Power-over-Ethernet.

Complementing the T3, the Auracast Infinium system represents a leap forward in wireless assistive listening by leveraging Auracast technology to transmit high-fidelity, low-latency audio directly to compatible hearing aids or personal devices.
