An NFL boss, Hollywood music titan and a politician’s mom… the new names revealed in DOJ’s release of 3 million Epstein files: Live updates

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced the release of at least three million new Epstein files to the public on Friday morning.

Hundreds of thousands of documents related to the convicted pedophile had already been made public by the House Committee on Oversight in late 2025, including sickening images showing Epstein surrounded by young-looking women.

The files, released following Epstein’s death in 2019, contain disturbing photographs of women’s bodies, harrowing notes, and references to famous figures including former President Bill Clinton and Michael Jackson.

This latest tranche further broadens the scope of Epstein’s documented contacts, with files touching on senior figures in sports franchises, Hollywood power circles, and public office.

Previous document dumps have sparked fierce backlash after large swathes of material were heavily redacted by the Justice Department. Officials said the caveats were necessary to protect victims’ privacy, national security, and other sensitive interests.

Ghislaine Maxwell, who had a close relationship with the disgraced financier, has since claimed that 29 of Epstein’s associates were shielded through ‘secret settlements’ with the Justice Department. The allegation was made in a habeas corpus petition she filed on December 17 seeking to overturn her conviction.

Being named or pictured in the files is not necessarily an indication of wrongdoing.

Some of the new names that have appeared in the latest trove of files

The Justice Department’s latest release of more than three million documents related to Jeffrey Epsteinhas surfaced a new set of prominent names spanning the world of professional sports, Hollywood, and politics – offering fresh insight into the breadth of Epstein’s elite network.

Among the most striking disclosures are email exchanges involving Steve Tisch, the co-owner of the New York Giants.

The football boss confirmed Friday that Epstein had introduced him to adult women in 2013 and that the two had discussed potential meetings.

In a statement, Tisch said: ‘We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments. I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.’

The newly released emails also show Tisch offering Epstein tickets to Giants games in his private suite and receiving invitations to Epstein’s Caribbean island, though there is no evidence he ever traveled there.

Another name which appeared in the files Friday is Mira Nair, the film director mother of New York Citymayor Zohran Mamdani.

Nair was mentioned in a 2009 email from publicist Peggy Siegal, describing a party at Ghislaine Maxwell’s townhouse following the premiere of Nair’s film Amelia.

The message referenced attendees, including Bill Clinton and Jeff Bezos. There is no allegation of wrongdoing connected to Nair.

Meanwhile, raunchy emails between Epstein’s partner in crime, Ghislaine Maxwell, and major Hollywood power broker Casey Wasserman have also been revealed.

Wasserman, who is the chair of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics organizing committee, was married when the flirtatious 2003 emails were exchanged.

DOJ records show Wasserman and Maxwell discussed ‘massages,’ ‘rubbing,’ and naked beach scenarios, all during a time when Wasserman’s wife was eight months pregnant.

Maxwell often signed off with ‘kisses,’ while Wasserman responded ‘xoxo.’

The Daily Mail contacted Wasserman for comment. The DOJ cautioned that appearing in the documents does not imply criminal conduct.

The files continue to underscore how Epstein and Maxwell maintained intimate access to some of the most influential figures in American public life.

New York Giants owner responds to files release alleging Jeffrey Epstein found young women for him

The New York Giants released a statement Friday night after newly-released files by the Department of Justice showed Jeffrey Epstein scouted young women for the NFL team’s co-owner Steve Tisch.

‘We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments. I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.’

The emails between Tisch, a prominent Hollywood film producer, and Epstein show the pair discussing a number of women and organizing meetings with them, according to The Athletic.

Tisch also offered Epstein tickets to watch a Giants game in his suite and extended invitations to others. Epstein also invited Tisch to come to his private Caribbean island, although it’s unclear if he ever went.

Jeffrey Epstein was banned from Xbox Live for ‘harassing, threatening and/or abusing’ other players

Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was banned from the online gaming platform Xbox Live in 2013 for threatening his fellow gamers, according to government files.

The email released by the Department of Justice Fiday notifies Epstein that his access ‘been permanently suspended due to harassment, threats, and/or abuse of other players.’

‘This conduct has been determined to be severe, repeated, and/or excessive,’ continues the email, dated December 19, 2013

No specific behaviors are given for the late financier’s ban from Xbox Live, which allows users to connect to play games against one another via the internet on the Microsoft console.

Employee at Epstein’s estate detailed his duties including cleaning the massage room

An employee at Epstein’s Florida estate, whose name was redacted, told the FBI his duties included fanning $100 bills on a table near Epstein’s bed, placing a gun between the mattresses in his bedroom and cleaning up after Epstein’s frequent massages, which often involved rubdowns from young women or girls.

The employee recalled wiping down vibrators used during massages, throwing out tissues, laundering towels and seeing used condoms on more than one occasion. He said he did not go into Epstein’s massage room while he was receiving massages and did not witness any sexual activity between the females and Epstein.

FBI agents wrote that the employee told them Epstein also ‘enjoyed getting ice cream from a local ice cream parlor with the girls,’ allowed ‘some of the girls to drive one of his vehicles,’ and sometimes directed the employee to take them shopping at a local mall.

Epstein, Maxwell had extensive rules and duties for household staff

Among the documents released Friday was a 58-page manual that dictated staff etiquette and duties in his Florida mansion, ranging from how to interact with Epstein and Maxwell to what to stock in their bathrooms.

‘Remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you. Respect their privacy,’ the manual says.

Staff were banned from addressing Epstein, Maxwell and their guests with their hands in their pockets, and from saying ‘yeah,’ ‘sure,’ ‘no problem,’ ‘you bet,’ ‘gotcha,’ ‘right’ and ‘I dunno.’ They also could not talk about the weather or any other subject unless asked.

As part of the ‘pre-arrival preparations’ for the primary bedroom, the air conditioning had to be set at 60 F (15.5 C), a gun was to be placed in a bedside table draw and tissue boxes could not be less than one-third full. Toothpaste containers in the bathrooms could not be less than one-half full.

Every car had to have two bottles of water and $100 in the glove compartment, and the gas tanks had to be at least three-quarters full.

Excerpts of the manual were introduced during Maxwell’s trial in 2021 as a former employee of Epstein’s Florida mansion testified.

Federal prosecutors in Florida came close to indicting Epstein in 2007

Federal prosecutors in Florida came close to indicting Jeffrey Epstein in 2007, a year before he pled guilty to procuring a minor for prostitution in 2008

That was after multiple underage girls came forward and told police and FBI agents that they had been paid to give him sexualized massages.

Ultimately, the US attorney in Miami at the time, Alexander Acosta, signed off on a deal that let Epstein avoid federal prosecution. He pleaded guilty instead to a state charge of soliciting prostitution from someone under age 18 and got an 18 month jail sentence.

One of the documents released Friday, though, was a draft indictment from that period that would have brought federal charges against not just Epstein but three other people who worked for him as personal assistants. The names of those people were blacked out in the records released by the Justice Department.

The draft indictment said those people were part of a conspiracy to recruit underage girls to perform lewd acts with Epstein, summon them to his house by phone, and then to pay them for their services.

Fresh embarrassment for Larry Summers as new Epstein emails revealed

Former Harvard President and advisor to several US presidents Larry Summers is again featured in the newest Epstein files release by the Department of Justice.

Previously, Summers was revealed to have asked Epstein for tips on meeting women and even visited the billionaire pedophile’s island with his wife.

In the new release, Summers and Epstein discuss Donald Trump in the first year of the president’s first term in office.

Summers writes: ‘How guilty is Donald?’

Epstein replied: ‘your world does not understand how dumb he really is.’

Multiple emails released Friday between Jeffrey Epstein and Larry Summers, former US treasury secretary and Harvard University president, show the two men gossiping about President Donald Trump during his first presidential term.

In a 2016 email, Epstein tells Summers there is ‘zero’ chance that Trump has used coacine.

Finally, in July 2017, Summers writes to Epstein: ‘I think you friend is mentally ill.’

Epstein answers: ‘not my friend, and i ve told you that before.’

Summers has previously said he’s ‘deeply ashamed’ of his time with Epstein and took leave from his job as an economics professor at Harvard in November, following a prior file release.

Disturbing photos in Epstein files appear to show Andrew on all fours over female sprawled on floor

Disturbing photos released in the Epstein files appear to show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor crouching on all fours over a female lying on the floor.

In the three photographs, a man believed to be Andrew can be seen leaning over the woman who is sprawled face up with their arms spread out.

He is barefoot and is wearing jeans and a white polo shirt with a silver watch. Another person can be seen in the photographs, sitting in a leopard-print chair with their feet up on a table.

Like much of the material released in the Epstein files, it is unclear when or where the images were taken and no further context is given.

Jeffrey Epstein found young women for New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch

Email exchanges between Steve Tisch and Jeffrey Epstein show the convicted sex offender connected the New York Giants co-owner with multiple women in 2013.

Correspondence between the two came to light on Friday when the Department of Justice released more than three million documents related to the late pedophile financier.

Daily Mail has contacted both the Giants and Escape Artists, Tisch’s production company, for comment.

About 200,000 pages redacted or withheld ‘based on various privileges,’ DOJ claims

In a letter to Congress, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche noted that tens of thousands of files had been redacted or withheld due to legal privileges such as protecting attorney-client work communications.

The letter obtained by The Associated Press said that the Justice Department within 15 days of Friday’s release will submit to Congress a ‘formal report with a summary of redactions made and a list of all government officials and politically exposed persons named or referenced in the released materials.’

Blanche said the department “remains committed to protecting the privacy of victims and welcome continued engagement from victims and their counsel.” He said officials have created an email inbox for victims to contact authorities if they need to raise concerns about redactions.

Epstein accusers slam document release as a ‘betrayal’

The group of survivors and their relatives said the massive cache of files released Friday protects the names of their abusers at their expense.

‘This latest release of Jeffrey Epstein files is being sold as transparency, but what it actually does is expose survivors,’ reads the statement provided by the publicist of the late Virginia Giuffre, one of the most vocal Epstein accusers.

‘As survivors, we should never be the ones named, scrutinized, and retraumatized while Epstein’s enablers continue to benefit from secrecy.’

The group dismissed the notion that Friday’s release represented all the documents that should be legally made public.

‘This is not over. We will not stop until the truth is fully revealed and every perpetrator is finally held accountable,’ the statement reads.

In response, the man who is believed to be Andrew, said: ‘Of course. I am in Geneva until the morning of 22nd but would be delighted to see her.
