The Park-Tech development is situated on 11.2 hectares of previously undeveloped land between the Jingzhang green belt and Xiaoyue River. The structure’s strategic location near significant cultural landscapes like the Olympic Forest Park and ‘Three Mountains Five Gardens’ informs its dual identity as both a business hub and ecological corridor.
What makes this project particularly noteworthy is its conceptual framework as a “park complex” that actively improves rather than diminishes the site’s natural systems. This philosophy manifests through thoughtful spatial organization that preserves existing ecological features while introducing new green networks. The architectural response acknowledges the site’s status as Beijing’s last major urban canvas.
