Adolescence‘s awards streak continues after the Netflix series bagged six nominations at the Royal Television Society Programme Awards.
Jack Thorne and Stephen Graham’s knife-crime drama has won Emmys and Golden Globes, and will now compete for prizes in the UK when the RTS Awards takes place on March 24.
Adolescence’s six nominations include Graham in the Leading Actor — Male category and Owen Cooper for the Supporting Actor — Male prize. Erin Doherty is also up for Supporting Actor — Female.
The Netflix show will compete for best Limited Series and Single Drama, while Thorne and Graham are among the nominees for Writer — Drama.
The BBC’s 47 nominations puts it ahead of all other streamers and networks. Notable nominations include The Celebrity Traitors for best Entertainment & Reality series.
