Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn have found a beautiful thing outside of Hollywood.
As the longtime couple continue to split their time between Colorado and Los Angeles, The Thing actor shared why they enjoy traveling to the Mountain West state.
“What I enjoy most is that [Goldie] really likes it in Colorado,” Kurt, 75, told Fox News in an interview published March 22, adding, “I’d like to be there more. There’s a different kind of life there. That’s primarily it. I’d like to be able to spend as much time there as possible.”
However, the duo aren’t the only members of the family who fell in love with Colorado’s scenic views. In fact, the Bone Tomahawk alum admitted their son Wyatt Russell, his wife Meredith, and their sons Buddy, 5, and Joseph, 2, also relocated there from California. Not to mention, the Aspen abode is where the whole family, including Oliver Hudson, 49, and Kate Hudson, 46—Goldie’s two kids with ex-husband Bill Hudson—as well as Kurt’s son Boston Russell, 46, with ex-wife Season Hubley, spend the holiday season.
Indeed, Kurt admitted he and Goldie, 80, purchased a “large, beautiful log-cabin lodge on a ranch” in the mountains early in their relationship.
