The 90 Day Fiancé family has officially expanded.

Brandon Gibbs and Julia Trubkina—whose relationship has been documented on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, 90 Day Diaries, and 90 Day: The Last Resort—recently confirmed that they welcomed their first baby in October.

Though, as Brandon shared, their baby boy’s arrival wasn’t exactly smooth, as Julia ultimately endured a 20+ hour-labor and delivery process that included a last-minute surgery.

“That day terrified us both, completely dividing our lives into ‘before’ and ‘after,’” Brandon wrote in the March 11 Instagram post, which featured several photos from their hospital stay. “People try to describe it, but you never truly understand that overwhelming mix of anxiety, love, fear, and anticipation until you live it yourself.”

The reality star explained that he and Julia—who has been open about her prior troubles conceiving—“chose not to have a professional photographer and film” in the hospital in order to focus on their son’s healthy and safe arrival.
