Teenager suffers horrific fall from cliff in Bondi sparking emergency rescue


A 14-year-old boy is being rescued after falling three metres down a cliff face.

Emergency services were called to the scene near Ben Buckler Point in North Bondi, east Sydney, shortly before 4pm on Tuesday following reports a boy had fallen down the cliff.

It’s understood the teenager fell about three metres and landed on rocks below. 

He reportedly suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

A Toll rescue helicopter winched the boy to safety and he was transported to hospital.

Photos from the scene showed beachgoers at nearby Bondi Beach gathering around the cliff’s edge.
