The collaboration relies on Solos’ open software development platform, which is known as the SDK platform, to allow third-party companies to create specialized applications for the brand’s AirGo line of wearable devices. The first initiative, which focused on cooking assistance, debuted at Deutsche Telekom’s Digital X initiative in Cologne, Germany. The presented AI-powered cooking app uses artificial intelligence to provide auditory guidance, answer questions, and offer recipe adjustments directly through the glasses. This, in turn, creates a hands-free culinary experience.
The partnership between Solos and Deutsche Telekom is framed as an initial step towards developing a broader ecosystem of practical applications that integrate AI services into everyday activities through smart eyewear.
