The municipal government of Hoboken also invited residents, business operators, and visitors to contribute feedback on their current interactions with the site and their preferences for new functionalities through a public survey. The planned improvements include a responsive mobile interface, simplified digital forms and payment systems, advanced search tools, and support for multiple languages.
