Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, was dropped by her divorce lawyer days after the actor accused her of making “disturbing, false” allegations against him, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Monday, August 19, the Utah judge presiding over the divorce granted a motion brought by Kelley’s attorney, Farrah Spencer, to withdraw as her representation.
The judge said Spencer and her law firm are “permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for [Kelley] effective immediately, and are relieved of any and all future duties and responsibilities for [Kelley] in this case.”
“All further pleadings, motions, notices and other documents shall be served directly on [Kelley] at” her email address, per the judge.

Spencer’s motion seeking to withdraw was sealed by the court. Kelley, 48, is without a divorce lawyer for the time being.
The development comes days after Scott, 57, slammed Kelley for making “disturbing, false” allegations against him.
The Party of Five alum released a statement to People on August 15, telling the outlet that his “continued hope is to have this most difficult chapter of our family’s lives remain as private as possible, however, the well being of my children is at stake, and that will always be my priority.”
“There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved,” Scott continued. “I was informed of some deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations that were made about me by my estranged wife.”
Scott alleged that Kelley had plans to make claims against him, “such as psychological abuse, child abuse, child endangerment.” He claimed his ex told him she did not believe the claims but planned to make them to gain an advantage in their court battle and in the “court of public opinion.”
The actor provided the outlet with the alleged text messages sent by Kelley to back up his claims.

He said, “I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future.”
When contacted by People, Kelley told the outlet, “I will be very clear when I say this: I don’t believe that Scott would [abuse our children],” she said. “I’ve lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life. I’ve done everything strategic, and I’m hopeful for my children.”
Kelley previously told Us about the ongoing back and forth with her ex, “I have endured the unthinkable and still … I am a mother, a fighter, grateful and hopeful that I can stay strong for my children.”
“To anyone who has participated in a public shaming of myself or my children… I would like to say… I am Kelley and my cousin Karma is a bitch. We are tough and strong and we never back down … especially when it comes to our children,” Kelley added.
As Us previously reported, the drama between Scott and Kelley erupted when he filed for divorce on June 10 after 21 years of marriage.
Since the split, Kelley has been reportedly detained by police twice and held on an involuntary hold, multiple 911 calls have been made over issues at the couple’s home and Scott was awarded temporary sole custody of their three children.
Scott also obtained a temporary restraining order against Kelley, which barred her from coming near him, their kids or the home.
