The Anam Cam Ranh has unveiled a ‘Tropical Afternoon Tea’ experience inspired by the region’s celebrated mango harvests. To begin with, the experience is presented at The Colonial Restaurant, the resort’s fine dining venue specializing in modern European and French cuisine with Vietnamese influences. Moreover, the ‘Afternoon Tea Mango Symphony’ is offered daily in an elegant setting that features an open kitchen, live piano music, and a courtyard shaded by established gardens.
In terms of the menu, the selection highlights mango as the central ingredient. For the savory course, offerings include “poached tiger prawns with mango salsa, Iberico Bellota with charred mango on sourdough, and salmon croquettes with mango chutney.” In addition, mango scones with homemade jam and clotted cream provide a refined nod to tradition.
Finally, the sweets course presents “mango macarons, mango sago pudding, pavlova with basil mango compote, and mango tart, all paired with a curated Dammann tea selection or local green tea.”
