Earlier this summer, Tinder introduced a Double Date feature to let users pair with friends and swipe on other pairs of friends to make new connections more social and more fun, and soon, the dating app will share a series called Double Date Island. Produced by Raptor and Amity Studio, and inspired by reality TV, Tinder’s Double Date island transports viewers to Ibiza, Spain, and focuses on eight creator friends taking part in a week of shared double dates.
Brands are tapping into popular reality TV dating formats to connect with both new and loyal audiences through relatable, bingeable content. By aligning with culturally relevant shows, Tinder inherently creates emotional resonance and boosts visibility in a highly engaged fan space.
