The Leasecake LIFT tool has been developed by the commercial lease management company as a solution for helping businesses to assess risks and more. The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool, which stands for Lease Intelligence and Favorability Tracker (LIFT), works by analyzing key areas of risk within a lease before providing a LIFT Score. This will enable businesses that manage multiple locations across their portfolio with a clear, seamless way to keep an overview while also helping them to avoid expensive oversights and make more informed decisions.

CEO Scott Williamson spoke on the Leasecake LIFT tool saying, “Operators are overwhelmed with labor, supply chain, and operational execution. Real estate is a critical component of their ability to grow, but they don’t have time to decode complex lease language. This new offering directly addresses the challenge so our customers can reduce overall expense and get stores online faster to drive more revenue.”
