Crafted with purple mountain huckleberries and Southern inspiration, this dessert merges “ribbons of dense, homemade buttermilk cornbread” for an elevated, berry-forward flavor profile.

Alongside the cornbread ice cream, there is also ‘Birthday Cake & Blackberries,’ ‘Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie,’ ‘Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero,’ and a vegan option dubbed ‘GoNanas Banana Bread with Strawberry Jam.’ For the vegan flavor, Salt & Straw incorporates vegan and allergen-free baking mixes as well as caramel coconut cream and strawberry jam.
