Some email addresses are pretty shocking and amateurish.
Consistency is Key in Personal Branding
I want to remind you to use an email address that sounds more professional. I was reminded of this because someone sent a message to me that included the word “kissing” as part of their email address. There’s never a justification for an address that includes that word, or “kisses,” or something that’s babyish and amateurish. At a minimum, keep using that address but set up a job search email address and then forward messages from that one to your real one. That will work better for you, and at the end of your search, you can always turn that off.
