Studio Aisslinger has reimagined the interiors of 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin, giving the urban jungle-inspired hotel a vibrant and tactile update. Building on its original 2014 concept, the renovation injects fresh energy with saturated hues, eclectic furniture, and layered textures that reflect Berlin’s dynamic spirit. The redesign draws visual cues from the hotel’s location beside the Berlin Zoo, integrating playful animal prints, recycled elements, and lush greenery to soften the building’s brutalist architecture and bring warmth to the industrial shell.
Guest rooms and public areas feature a bold mix of vintage and custom-made pieces, along with curated art and textiles that create an inviting, lived-in atmosphere. Splashes of mustard, teal, and terracotta balance exposed concrete and raw wood, highlighting the contrast between softness and structure. The redesign continues 25hours’ mission to offer more than just accommodation—creating immersive environments where storytelling, local culture, and visual character come together seamlessly.
