The Knot Worldwide has introduced a suite of new features on its WeddingPro platform designed to enhance visibility and streamline operations for wedding professionals. These updates focus on three key areas — improved discoverability through enhanced storefronts and recognition badges, time-saving communication tools including AI-powered responses, and expanded customer support options.
The Knot Worldwide platform now offers vendors the ability to prominently display pricing and availability — factors that are estimated to influence 77% of couples’ vendor selection — along with new ‘Recently Updated’ and ‘Popular with Couples’ badges that build credibility. Coming soon are automated follow-up messages, a dedicated iOS app for mobile management, and AI-assisted reply suggestions to help vendors convert leads more efficiently.
The Knot Worldwide also hopes to address the industry challenge of client ‘ghosting’ with features that encourage couples to formally close conversations when moving on.
