The new hand-chiseled marble basin evokes CNC precision with a beautifully sculpted grid inspired by the Pantheon’s dome. Crafted by Kreoo and designed by Christophe Pillet, the 157 kg, 35.5‑inch-tall Dawn basin takes weeks of manual labor, reversing industrial trends toward machine-made uniformity. Its softly ornamental grid wraps around the basin’s exterior, revealing micro-detailing so meticulous it mimics computer-generated carving—yet remains raw and unpolished to honor the maker’s hand.
By day, the textured surface feels monolithic; under dramatic lighting, its handcrafted depth becomes strikingly evident. The polished tops and bases contrast beautifully with the chiselled body. Offered in four marble variants: Bianco del Re, Bianco Perla, Bianco Carrara, and Nero Marquina. The basin blends timeless craftsmanship with bold sculptural presence. This revival of traditional stone carving restores marble’s status as elite artistry and celebrates human skill in the age of automation.
