My/Mochi is well-known for its mochi ice cream treats available in over 20 flavors, and the brand’s new Mochi Ice Cream Sandwiches were specifically developed to satisfy Gen Z snackers seeking “multi-textured, joyful eating moments.”

These single-serve frozen treats combine the chewy, pillowy qualities of mochi with the classic cooling comfort of ice cream and soft cookies to deliver layers of flavor and texture in a single bite. Launching just ahead of National Ice Cream Day, these sensorial snacks are debuting in flavors like Vanilla Mochi Ice Cream and Chocolate Chip Cookie and Strawberry Mochi Ice Cream and Sugar Cookie.

The first of My/Mochi’s Mochi Ice Cream Sandwiches will be sold as 2.45-oz single-serve sandwiches, exclusively on Gopuff—FAM members get first access as part of a National Ice Cream Day promotion.
