Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, claimed she was placed on a second involuntary hold by police amid her bitter divorce, Us Weekly can report.
Over the weekend, Kelley, 48, shared via Instagram that she had been released but would “not be quiet anymore.”
Kelley wrote, “I was held for 7 days and they tried to keep me for 90 days.”
She shared a photo of a bruised arm writing, “I cannot be quiet anymore. This is from the police. I will get myself safe but I’m asking for help.”
“Thrown down stairs. Broke my wrist. Contusions on my head. I’m bruised everywhere and literally was released last night. This is the SECOND time,” she revealed. “Summit County Police took me from Sundance on July 6. I was in a hot tub.”
Kelley added, “Placed me on an involuntary hold at Summit County Behavioral Health. The truth must be told.”
She also shared other photos showing an alleged bruise on her arm, writing, “This is police brutality.”

“Just so you all know …. I’m safe. Sad. Bruised. Strong and still alive. Thank god. And still in my home town of Park City, Utah … with great friends and great humans and good everything. Come visit me! I’m just confused ….and hurt.”
A rep for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office told Us they were aware of several photographs and social media posts “circulating that inaccurately claim ‘Summit County Police’ responded to an incident at [Sundance Resort on July 6], including allegations of a confrontation involving Summit County law enforcement.”
The rep said, “Sundance Resort is not located within Summit County, and therefore, no law enforcement agency from Summit County, including the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, would be involved in incidents occurring there. I can confirm that the Summit County Sheriff’s Office was not involved in any response to Sundance on July 6.”
As Us previously reported, Kelley was first detained last month following her split from Scott, 57. The former Real World star was on Instagram Live when officers showed up. She was taken to a local hospital and released a short time later.
Scott filed for divorce from Kelley on June 9. He announced the split the following day.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” the actor said in a statement. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
As Us first reported, Scott obtained a temporary restraining order against Kelley requiring her to stay away from him and their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
Scott was also awarded sole custody of their children and exclusive use of their Utah home.
The judge noted that Kelley had “engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties’ minor children.”

The order said that Kelley was accused of attempting to remove the kids from the country. It also mentioned that Kelley had been detained by law enforcement and placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.
Scott has remained quiet since the divorce battle erupted. Kelley has been outspoken on social media.
As Us first reported, a distressed unidentified female called police from Scott and Kelley’s home on the same day Kelley was detained.
The caller said she wanted her brother-in-law removed from the home. Cops went out to investigate. At the home, an unidentified male reported an alleged assault that took place in March. The man claimed he was choked by a woman inside the bedroom.
The officers left without any arrests but followed up with the alleged victim days later. The alleged victim said he did not want to press charges over the incident.
