In just a few days, people will be flocking to the Edmonton Expo Centre to experience K-Days and all of the rides, games, music, and food it has to offer, including the Cowboy Candy Mango Soft Serve. This sweet-spicy treat builds on a base of refreshing mango soft serve with candied jalapeños—also known as cowboy candy—and a Tajín-dipped rim for an additional layer of mild spice and zesty lime flavor from a classic Mexican seasoning.

At the highly anticipated event, there will be tons more sweet and savory creations to try as part of the New Foods competition, including more swicy mashups, crossover treats inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate taking over social media, colorful ube creations, and all things tangy and pickle-flavored.
