Kraft Heinz to sell Italian baby and specialty food business (KHC:NASDAQ)

Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ:KHC) has agreed to sell its infant and specialty food business in Italy to food and beverage company NewPrinces.

The agreement will see NewPrinces purchase the infant food brands Plasmon, Nipiol and Dieterba, and specialty food brands Aproten and Biaglut.
