Rooted in the spirit of Greater Light’s original inhabitants, the Monaghan sisters, the space channels layered, lived-in design. Waroquier approached the project as he would a private commission, only this time, his muses were history itself.
Participating brands include Araminta Campbell, debuting its new British alpaca shawls and scarves, quiet luxury pieces woven from undyed alpaca and rose fibre, Corston Architectural Detail, offering paintable, sculptural switches and spotlights, fresh off their U.S. debut at NYDC, and Farrow & Ball, whose archive shades Broccoli Brown, Etruscan Red, and Sap Green add atmospheric richness. Additional names include Krave, showcasing plush textiles from Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and GP&J Baker that marry old-world craftsmanship with coastal ease, Nell Van Vorst, a Nantucket-based ceramicist creating porcelain tableware inspired by the property itself, and Sanderson, bringing botanical fabrics from its new Highgrove collaboration, proceeds benefit The King’s Foundation and traditional craft education.
At the intersection of design, storytelling, and commerce, Work/Shop Nantucket reimagines the showroom experience with soul and sustainability.
