Urban infill has become more important than ever, which is seeing designers create solutions like the DQTower that maximize their style and capability in as little space as possible. The prefab tiny house tower looks upwards rather than outwards to maximize its accommodations and features 419-square-feet of living space inside. The home also boasts 3D walls crafted from MDF panels that are easy to care for and enhance the overall style.
The DQTower keeps things minimal yet has all the essential amenities needed for comfortable living like a small kitchen space, bathroom, bedroom and more. The sustainable home can be purchased starting at €150,000 and is also currently available for rental under the name the Keller apartment in Germany on Airbnb.
