Salt & Straw’s monthly rotating menu for July introduces The Berries Series, a berry ice cream collection exploring the sweet and jammy flavors of everything from wild-foraged huckleberries to marionberries.

Inspired by Midwestern salad culture and the Japanese strawberry craze, Salt & Straw launched Oishii Strawberry Pretzel Salad. This treat builds on an indulgent base of cream cheese ice cream with crunchy pretzel crumble and a glossy jelly infused with vibrant Oishii berries.

With something for every type of berry lover, The Berry Series also serves up a vegan-friendly Banana Bread with Strawberry Jam flavor, featuring banana caramel coconut cream, strawberry jam ripples and pieces of GoNanas salted caramel banana bread in the mix.
