Food influencer Molly Baz introduced a mayonnaise line in 2024 with Dill Pickle Mayo, Tangy Dijonayo and Hot Giardinayo condiments, and in 2025, Miso Mayo has officially joined the Ayoh lineup. This umami mayonnaise gets its richness from miso powder, rice vinegar, toasted sesame seeds, brown sugar and toasted sesame oil—and as the brand describes it, Miso Mayo is “nutty, salty, sassy [and] bright.”
