The menu starts off with the Coconut Shrimp with large shrimp covered in a coconut breading before being fried to perfection and served with a Kamikaze Sauce for a touch of sweet and spicy flavor. The menu also features the Key Lime Carnival Fry Dip that boasts a rich, creamy texture perfect for pairing with the namesake Carnival Fries. The menu is rounded out with the Hurricane Party Cocktail.
Vice President of Marketing Ashley Mitchell spoke on the East Coast Wings + Grill Taste of the Tropics menu saying, “With the Taste of the Tropics, we wanted to bring that feeling of a restful, sunny getaway directly to our restaurants, without requiring booking a flight. This limited-time menu lets our guests celebrate the spirit of summer with a fresh blend of tropical flavors, whether dining in, ordering to-go, or gathering with friends.”
