These new Walmart AI tools are being rolled out by the retailer to help support its associates when it comes to a variety of tasks. The artificial intelligence (AI) tools are being launched as part of the Walmart associate app where they will help to streamline actions, eliminate friction and maximize the person’s ability to work with greater efficiency. This includes a workflow tool that’s first rolling out for overnight stocking associates alongside a real-time translation feature in 44 languages to accommodate an associate’s ability to communicate with customers more fluidly.

The Walmart AI tools also includes a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) tool that has been upgraded using GenAI to help associates maximize their capabilities on every shift.
