The Le Mans Racetrack Hotel, designed by French architecture firm AW², is set to open in 2027 and will be located beside the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Developed in partnership with the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, the hotel will offer guests a unique stay overlooking the famous Esses de la Forêt turn.
With 104 rooms and suites, a restaurant, and a large panoramic terrace, the hotel is designed for motorsport fans and event visitors seeking both excitement and comfort. Inspired by the grandstands of the racetrack, its two connected buildings include a stepped rooftop for race viewing, a VIP area, and a spacious lobby.
Sustainability is central to the design as the project uses “FSC-certified wood, low-carbon concrete, solar protection systems, and dual-flow ventilation.” These features are expected to exceed current energy performance standards by 20%, making the Le Mans Racetrack Hotel a model for eco-friendly, high-performance hospitality.
