Sunwing Vacations has announced bookings for the new Riu Ventura resort in Cancun, scheduled to open December 6, 2025. This is RIU Hotels & Resorts’ sixth property in the popular Mexican destination.

Located on Delfines Beach in Cancun’s Hotel Zone, the all-inclusive beachfront property will feature over 700 contemporary accommodations, including family-friendly two-bedroom suites and swim-out rooms. The resort aims to cater to diverse traveler demographics with six swimming pools — including a children’s splash zone and elevated infinity pool, multiple dining venues serving international cuisines, and access to RIU’s signature entertainment programs. Adults can enjoy the nearby RIU Party nightlife venue while families benefit from supervised kids’ club activities. Wellness facilities at the Riu Ventura resort include a full-service spa and fitness center available for supplemental fees.
