The Chosen Mouse is a limited-edition gaming peripheral developed in collaboration between French professional Counter-Strike player Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut and Pulsar Gaming Gears. Designed specifically for competitive esports, the mouse features an ergonomic shape optimized for palm grip users and is available in both mini and medium sizes. The design and development process involved extensive consultation with ZywOo and iterative testing to align the peripheral’s features with the performance and control requirements of high-level gameplay.

The device incorporates advanced technical specifications aimed at precision and durability. It utilizes Pulsar’s proprietary XS-1 sensor, which offers a resolution of up to 32,000 DPI, 750 IPS tracking speed, and 50g acceleration. Additionally, the mouse is equipped with Huano Blue Shell Pinkdot V2 switches, rated for a durability of up to 80 million clicks, along with customizable options such as adjustable DPI increments, programmable keys, and weight tuning. These features reflect a broader industry trend toward developing specialized peripherals that cater to the specific needs of professional esports players.
