The Walmart ‘Ask Sparky’ feature is being added to the big box retailer’s app as a way to help customers leverage the power of artificial intelligence (AI) when it comes to their everyday shopping needs. The app feature will be positioned prominently in the interface to encourage shoppers to ask questions with answers provided using generative AI. Customers can ask about product recommendations, peruse reviews that have been synthesized by the assistant and much more.
