Tom Fereday has designed the Nola lamp for Australian brand Nau with a unique use of materials. He has utilized hand-cast crystal and carefully carved solid stone. What results is a statue-like silhouette with soft edges. The lamp is made from crystal or white jade stone.

In terms of its visual design, it boasts a cylindrical shape as the base supporting foundation and holds a lightly domed top. The brand explains more on the lamp, “With a quiet glow and calming presence, the Nola Lamp is more than a light – it’s a moment of stillness. Whether placed on a side table or standing alone as a sculptural feature, it offers a sense of permanence and poetry in everyday life
