The soundbar is commonplace in the living room but can be limited in the kind of performance it can achieve, which is something the partnership between Dolby and TCL is focused on changing. The partnership will see the Dolby Atmos FlexConnect technology being used on the TCL 2025 QD-Mini LED TVs as part of the Precise Dimming Series starting this summer. The technology will be observed on the QM8K, QM7K and the QM6K, amongst others, with the exact release date not yet announced.

The launch of the Dolby Atmos FlexConnect experience through the Dolby and TCL partnership will reportedly allow for a truly customized level of audio no matter the space without having to deal with a complicated installation or setup process.
