AI Concierges are at the forefront of Brand Engagement Network Inc.’s (BEN) expansion into the hospitality sector, as the company announces a strategic partnership with Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin—an iconic luxury destination in Yerevan, Eastern Europe. This collaboration introduces BEN’s AI-driven Concierge Agent to the hotel, marking the company’s first foray into the high-end hospitality vertical.
The rollout will begin with a two-phase pilot program; phase one will implement a 24/7 Concierge AI Agent to support guest inquiries and services, followed by the introduction of a Reservation AI Agent. Both are powered by BEN’s iSKYE platform, a modular AI system designed to deploy scalable, high-impact applications across the customer journey.
Through this initiative, BEN aims to integrate secure, guest-centric AI that complements luxury service standards. The project represents a broader effort to redefine the guest experience by combining personalized, human-like engagement with advanced automation in hospitality environments.
