immersive artful bright installations : chroma installation

Swiss designer Nadja Stäubli has presented the Chroma installation, which forms an immersive experience of curated multi-sensory experiences. It features interactive sculptures and is a part of NYCxDesign. This is notably presented by the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York with the goal of bringing attention to the playfulness and craftsmanship of Swiss design.

Stäubli, who runs Zurich-based design studio Sula speaks more about the design, noting “I envisioned these sculptures as playful, imaginative objects that reflect the fun and fantasy Swiss design can offer. The hot and cold theme reflects natural and emotional cycles: a day, a year, the seasons, our relationships, our health, even geography. It felt like a rich and open-ended starting point for a visual interpretation.”
