Enigma Yorkville will host a Father’s Day Flight Night on Saturday, June 14th, in celebration of dads and father figures. The MICHELIN-starred Yorkville restaurant has partnered with iconic Scotch whisky house The Macallan to deliver a luxurious three-course dinner paired with rare whisky expressions, designed for those seeking a meaningful and indulgent tribute.
Headlining the menu is a 32-day dry-aged ribeye, paired with truffle-scented dauphinoise potatoes and a Waldorf apple-blue cheese salad — a confident nod to classic steakhouse fare elevated through thoughtful execution. The evening concludes with a trio of desserts, each artfully matched with a Macallan pour — from the smooth Double Cask to the deep complexity of the 18 Year Old.
Priced at $195 per person, Father’s Day Flight Night begins at 5 PM, and reservations are now open via OpenTable.
