The Saint James Rum Nectar du Maître de Chai is one of the latest expressions from the distillery that’s crafted with a rich, seductive flavor in the spotlight for consumers to give a shot this springtime. The spirit comes in the form of an infused aged rum that’s achieved with prunes and Bourbon vanilla pods that have undergone controlled maceration before being matured in cellars in Sainte-Marie, Martinique. The spirit is thus reported to have an elegant, aromatic profile that has notes of vanilla wood, macerated fruits and almond kernels on the nose, which are echoed on the palate along with additional notes of candied fruits.

The Saint James Rum Nectar du Maître de Chai has a 40% ABV and is recommended to be sipped neat at room temperature.
