Located within the heritage-listed Goods Shed No. 5, the project is on track for LEED Silver certification and showcases a deep commitment to environmental responsibility. Sustainability is woven throughout the design, with features such as reclaimed timber from abandoned rail bridges and wharfs, nearly 2,000 reinstalled bluestone pavers, and restored steel trusses and window frames. This property blends eco-conscious innovation with a celebration of Melbourne’s industrial history.
