On Tuesday, October 27, Kristy Sarah took to her Instagram to share a clip with the caption, “is this enough healing for everybody?” Furthermore, the clip showed her apparently visiting a wellness spa and undergoing a Pravilo activity. Per Google Search, Pravilo is a Slavic and Russian full-body stretching and traction “apparatus.” Additionally, the practice is reportedly designed to relieve body tension and to aid posture alignment, flexibility, and “decompression.”
