The Shoe Snob Olympia collection is growing. After launching the White Calf Olympia a few months back, I have now added four new versions to The Shoe Snob sneaker collection — all currently available for pre-order at 10% off until the incoming stock arrives.

The new lineup includes:

  • Navy Suede / White Sole
  • Storm Suede / White Sole
  • Pumpkin Calf / White Sole
  • Chestnut Suede / Gum Sole

Production has already been ordered and is underway, with stock expected to arrive in early December 2026.

Expanding the Olympia Collection

When I launched the Olympia under The Shoe Snob, I deliberately started with White Calf.

It is the most classic version of the model and, more importantly, it gave me a chance to introduce the sneaker properly before expanding into additional colors and materials.

The suede options took a little longer as the materials I had previously worked with were no longer available through the factory, so I needed to sample and approve new alternatives before committing to production. The new suede is sourced from Italy (as it was before, just a different tannery), while the Olympia itself is still made in Spain.

With those materials now approved, the next production run is officially underway, with completely new ideas also being tested and coming soon, likely before Spring.

Navy Suede / White Sole

The Navy Suede is probably the most understated of the new additions.

The dark navy upper gives the Olympia a clean, refined appearance, while the contrasting white rubber sole keeps it firmly in casual territory.

It is an easy option with denim, chinos, and other everyday trousers, particularly for those who want something darker than white without moving into a traditional brown sneaker.

Outside of the White Calf version, I wear this one most often, as I love to pair navy and white together in my outfits.

Storm Suede / White Sole

Storm is a cooler neutral color that sits somewhere between grey and brown. It is a darker grey that offers hints of brown tones under certain lights. Its darker nature allows for more versatility and thus is easier to wear in the colder seasons.

It gives the Olympia a very different character from Navy while remaining extremely easy to wear.

Paired with the white sole, it feels clean and contemporary without becoming overly sporty.

Pumpkin Calf / White Sole

The Pumpkin Calf brings considerably more personality to the collection.

Rather than suede, this version uses smooth calfskin in a warm orange-brown tone paired with the white rubber sole.

It is the boldest of the incoming options, but still built around the same clean Olympia pattern. It is surprisingly easier to wear and gives a nice pop of color without going overboard.

Chestnut Suede / Gum Sole

The Chestnut Suede is the warmest and most relaxed of the four.

The darker brown suede is paired with a gum sole rather than white, creating a more tonal appearance that works particularly well with denim, earth tones, and casual autumn clothing.

For those who prefer their sneakers understated and easy to wear, this may be the most versatile option of the new group. It is also very fitting for the season with its Autumnal feel.

What Makes the Olympia Different?

The Olympia was designed to sit somewhere between a classic leather shoe and a conventional minimalist sneaker.

Rather than using the more common open-lacing, Derby-inspired pattern seen on many leather sneakers, the Olympia has a cleaner, more integrated upper design that gives it a slightly more refined appearance, inspired by an Oxford with the decorative stitching you might see on an Adelaide Oxford. And in reality, it is a whole-cut sneaker.

The construction includes:

  • Made in Spain
  • Full leather lining
  • Italian suede on the suede models. Spanish leather on calfskin models.
  • Rubber outsole
  • Leatherboard reinforcements
  • Removable cushioned insole with arch support
  • 360-degree stitched sole construction

The removable insole also allows room for a personal orthotic if required.

Pre-Order Pricing: 10% Off

The four incoming Olympia models are currently available at 10% off during the pre-order period.

The regular price is $245, making the pre-order price $220.50

The quantities have already been set, the production order has been placed, and the shoes are currently being made.

Stock is expected to arrive in early December, and all pre-orders will ship as soon as the delivery reaches us.

Once the incoming stock arrives, the pre-order discount will end, and the shoes will return to their regular price.

The Olympia Collection Is Just Getting Started

The White Calf remains available and ready to ship for those who want the most classic version of the Olympia, while these four new additions introduce a much broader range of color and character.

Navy and Storm offer cooler suede options. Chestnut brings a warmer, more casual look. Pumpkin Calf adds something considerably bolder.

Together, they begin to turn the Olympia from a single sneaker into a proper collection. And there will be exciting new ideas to come with these, too.

The Navy Suede, Storm Suede, Pumpkin Calf, and Chestnut Suede Olympia sneakers are available to pre-order now at 10% off, with stock expected in early December. The White Calf is in stock, at full price, and ready to ship.
