Dylan Sprouse is having the sweetest time as a first-time dad.

After the Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum and Barbara Palvin welcomed their daughter Sylvie, he shared insight into life with their 6-week-old baby, including how they’ve been bonding.

“It’s really cute,” Sprouse exclusively told E! News at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 18. “Her eyesight’s clearing up, and so she’s starting to recognize faces a lot more.”

“She’s smiling and laughing at my jokes,” he beamed, “which is all a dad can really dream of.

Strutting into fatherhood hasn’t come without some smellier responsibilities for Sprouse. In fact, he admitted he revealed what surprised him most about the journey.

“How desensitized I am now to bodily fluids,” he quipped. “That’s just having a baby, I guess.”

But one aspect of parenting that didn’t surprise the 34-year-old was how impressive Palvin has been. After all, the model even returned to the runway just six weeks after giving birth.
